The Causeway Retreat is based on 400-acre private Osea Island where addiction treatment goes hand-in-hand with our unique natural environment. We believe nature and the environment play a very important role in the treatment process. You can have the opportunity to walk around the island taking in the wonderful scenery and visiting all our animals. You can drop in to our tent to relax or go to our music or art room to enhance your creativity, or join Marlon who will be able to help you to get back to nature.

Whether you are with us for your drug addiction, alcohol addiction or heroin addiction; or feeling depressed as a result of your addiction problems, you will find our island a calming and peaceful place.
