Naltrexone is an opioid receptor antagonist used primarily in the management of alcohol dependence and opioid dependence. The Causeway Retreat can arrange for this course of treatment to be administered either surgically in the form of a six months implant or work with individual families to administer prescribed oral doses on a daily bases.
