The drug works very well for me and I have become reliant on it for big performances. I need around 5 mg for performances and 10 mg for auditions. I am planning on getting pregnant soon and I am wondering if I can safely take propranolol in these small doses. Is there another beta blocker that works for stage fright that is safer?
