Andy joined The Causeway Retreat community taking on the position of Chef in July 2007 with over 20 years of culinary experience.
He takes great pleasure in being able to use the islands natural and cultivated produce in the creation of dishes.
Andy holds a Higher National Diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management as well as a diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Operations.
