Psycho - educational workshops.

At The Causeway Retreat we offer Psycho-educational workshops as part of our programme which allows clients to learn more about the process of recovery as well as the necessary tools needed to harness a strong recovery. We look at the different models available to help with the process so that clients can feel they have an understanding of the way the programme works. They are used to introduce new and positive ways of thinking and challenge unhelpful old negative ways of thinking. It is a positive and progressive way of looking at giving the client new tools and education to move into a recovery based way of life.
